IRDiRC members include:

  • Funding organizations (i.e., funding bodies, groups of funders (for small funders), companies) investing more than 10 million USD over 5 years in rare disease research
  • Umbrella patient advocacy organizations representing broad patients’ interests for all rare diseases in at least one country or larger area

IRDiRC also taps into the knowledge of experts worldwide who participate in its Scientific Committees and Task Forces. IRDiRC always welcomes additional feedback from the scientific community, at large; if you are interested in providing input or are a research expert working on rare diseases research and would like to take part in IRDiRC activities, please contact us here.
